Peaceful mornings at Gold Creek Pond are my favorite. We, almost always, get this place all to ourselves when we get here early enough.
Beautiful Christmas winter sunset at Gold Creek Pond. In the wintertime you have to park on the side of the road, almost right off the highway and snowshoe (you might not need the snowshoes is the snow is packed enough) to the trailhead.
Easy paved hike around the pond, recommended for people (and dogs) of all ages. There is also a nice picnic area during summer months. #Green #Lifeatexpedia
