"The room was pretty small. You had to step up to the bathroom and the washer/dryer. There's a microwave, sink, dishes and utensils in the room. The area was not very welcoming though. The taxi we had said it was not easy to get to. There's a lot of bars around in the area and a couple of restaurants. I wouldn't want to be there late at night alone. No shopping at all. Hotel had free items like brushes, toothbrushes, etc in the lobby. They had free water bottles and water. Coffee was there but not available after 5pm. We stayed at their Shibuya hotel and the location was more convenient in terms of shops and location to a subway. "

"It was an amazing find for our family of 5. The space was amazing and so comfortable and the service went beyond and above our expectations. It was also such a great price in a city that's generally pricey for a larger family like ours. We will definitely be back again."

"Children are banned from the pool and their is an additional charge. No self serve ice. You have to order room service if you want ice. Also, no self-service laundry facility. The shuttle service starts at 9:00AM. In my opinion that is too late for when we needed it. The hotel is not located near any tourist attractions. "
