The room was great and spacious. The only I would recommend is a better deep cleaning on the bathroom special on the shower glass door. Breakfast was amazing! Very safe area! The pool was good too, rooftop. I would recommend San Marino!

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and everything very fresh. It was definitely the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The showers and sinks were never cleaned properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. Another issue was that the hotel is currently under construction, they never mentioned in the app. There was a lot of construction dust throughout the halls, which felt disturbing and unpleasant. Overall, while the breakfast was great, the lack of cleanliness in the room and the construction conditions made the experience far less enjoyable than it could have been.

Stayed 3 nights here. The upraded rooms are amazing! Great mattress, quiet AC, nice shower ... Loved the breakfast ... Huge spread! Good and safe central location... Restaurants all around. The bad ... The pool is much smaller than it looks in the photo. And the glass around the pool is filthy, probably from the construction. The noise wasn't much of an issue for us.. I saw other people complained about it. Only real problem, we had a few small cockroaches in the room.. and the balcony is big, but seems useless with no furniture. Still enjoyed our stay there, but decided to move to another hotel for our final three days. If you want a big fancy room, good breakfast, okay lobby, this could be a good fit for you.

A experiência no check-in foi bastante negativa. Chegamos às 14h40, cientes de que o horário oficial do check-in era às 14h. Após preencher toda a documentação, fomos informados pela recepcionista de que seria necessário aguardar de 30 a 40 minutos, pois não havia quartos limpos disponíveis. Explicamos que não poderíamos esperar, já que tínhamos um casamento às 16h, e só então a situação foi resolvida. Apesar da solução, a experiência inicial deixou uma impressão muito ruim.

Minha hospedagem no geral foi boa, o hotel fica numa excelente região, estão reformando a fachada, o atendimento é muito bom. No meu banheiro encontrei umas baratas pequenas, mas passei um dedetizador e resolveu. O café da manhã é bom.

Muy viejo y descuidado

Habíamos estado otras veces y más o menos bien,pero está vez,quitando la amabilidad y ptestatividad del personal,lo demás muy mal,está en obras,las suites premium bien,pero ya muy dejadas,el hotel huele a viejo,y sobre todo lo peor, Cucarachas en el baño por la noche,eso no es admisible en un hotel bajo ningún concepto... Afortunadamente el personal muy amable repito,nos cambió de habitación y en esta no había nada. Necesita que la reforma sea integral,el desayuno ha bajado muchísimo la calidad,como todo el hotel en general,envejecido y en claro declive.

Hotel passando por reforma, não foi informado em momento algum, estacionamento não cabia o veículo q estávamos e não houve nenhuma ajuda sobre isso. Elevadores com defeitos, recepção pouco preparada. O quarto é excelente! Tamanho muito bom! Chuveiro maravilhoso!
