They liar in my reservation

They rented me a room saying it had a bathtub, it was in the photos and they confirmed it to me over the phone, when I arrived at the hotel they said the room was not available, as I arrived at 9pm I accepted, but this kind of thing is disrespectful

Alguns problemas na infraestrutura do hotel atrapalham. Precisa de uma reforma urgente. Os funcionários precisam passar por recapacitação para lidar com o público, isto é, falta cordialidade e principalmente educação. As recepcionistas da recepção principalmente por sua falta de educação.
