Nice but make it clearer front desk closes at 10pm

The hotel is pretty good for the price. Nice room, good shower. There was no cookware though and front desk had none either… Also it would be nice if they specify right in the beginning of their hotel description the front desk that closes at 10pm… they only state it way at the bottom of the hotel details. Please state that right away.

Achei tudo ótimo, só o quarto fica muito claro às 6h da manhã pois o banheiro tem porta de vidro e a luminosidade chega ao quarto logo que o sol nasce.

Fomos bem atendidos, pessoal do hotel bem simpático desde a recepção ao café da manhã. Em relação ao quarto fizemos na recepção as seguintes observações: Vazamento de água do BOX do banheiro quando em em uso e falta de cortina na janelinha do banheiro.

Acomodação ruim. Cama pequena pra casal, porta do banheiro em vidro, deixando o quarto claro. Porem o pior foi o ar condicionado com defeito deixando a noite insuportável. Atendimento muito bom, cafe da manhã gostoso.

Achei a localização e a estrutura do hotel e quartos muito boa só deixou a desejar o fato das camas de casal serem pequenas ( no mínimo queen) já q o espaço do quarto comporta tais camas. É um quarto bem amplo! E um pequeno vazamento da torneira do banheiro q molhava o chão ( eu me esqueci de comunicar com o responsável). No mais tudo muito bom!

Hotel executivo bem localizado.

O hotel Areião está muito bem localizado em relação ao parque de mesmo nome, às principais atrações esportivas e aos locais de entretenimento. O hotel, de maneira geral, é simples, mas que atende às necessidades básicas.

Atenção à manutenção.

O atendimento é muito bom, no entanto a recepção só funciona até 22:00. O hotel não disponibiliza água filtrada para os hóspedes, apenas mineral para venda. Senti cheiro de infiltração no quarto e o ar condicionado estava fazendo um barulho. A cama e o banho muito bons. O café da manhã é honesto.

O quarto e limpeza são muito bons, localização excelente, boa garagem. Porém, o pessoal de recepção poderia ser mais solicito. Tive uma resposta muito áspera ao perguntar se poderiam encher uma garrafa com água da casa para mim. Confesso que o jeito que me foi falado que o hotel vendia a água foi bem rude. "eu não tenho água, eu vendo água" essa foi a resposta do recepcionista para mim. O hotel justifica o custo benefício, mas, poderia ter sido um 10/10 pra mim. Infelizmente não foi assim.
