Not good hotel

I was looked out of my room for 45 minutes because the room key don’t open the door and their hand man couldn’t solve the issue . They changed me to a dirty room at 22:00 after i insist . And i have to move all my staff late after they managed to open the door . I have a 1 year old baby , this was a massive inconvenient . Also they charged me twice because their member of staff didn’t beleive that i paid to hotel.com website befohand . He didn’t bother to check properly . Also they have parties at the restaurant with very loud music until later than 22:00 . Plus on the corredor you could hear everything from the rooms , especially a couple making love.

Incrível. Tesouro de Goiás. Hotel com estrutura boa, mas o grande diferencial é o atendimento. Prioridade ao Hóspede. Da recepção a manutenção o atendimento é diferenciado. Muito cuidadoso em cada detalhe, das amenidades ao café e a copa Baby. Se a estrutura ainda não é de hotel com 5 estrelas, o atendimento, que na minha opinião é o mais importante, ja alcançou um nível extraordinário.

Todas las habitaciones estaban sucias, nos quejamos de la primera, nos cambiaron de cuarto y también estaba sucio. Nos volvieron a cambiar de cuarto, estaba sucio también y olía demasiado a químicos. No lo recomiendo, la cama estaba super incomoda y el sillon también. El nivel de ruido en el exterior es horrible.
