「Le lieu est sympa, le systeme de bungalows assez grands permet d’avoir plus de liberté. Par contre mis à part le jardin très fleuri et bien entretenu, dans la chambre la télé ne fonctionnait pas, le mur de la chambre était abîmé par l’humidité. Cela manque d’entretien et ne laisse pas une bonne impression. Quand on arrive la réception est assez sombre, ce serait mieux que ce soit un peu plus chaleureux. They didn’t help to get taxi and said right way to get to another hotel! I think we don’t want visit this country anymore. They just think about money money more money」

「This hotel was lovely. We chose it because it was just outside the centre of Yerevan, but easily walkable in 30 minutes. The rooms were very clean and the staff was lovely. Breakfast was great, but not what we expected. It was a mixture of continental and salad/dinner options. However, it was delicious. It doesn't have a pool, but does have indoor baths that you can book out. Not quite a Spa hotel in UK terms, but very nice.」

「The hotel was good and clean but their policy for checking in was a bit strange. They insisted on taking all passports and keeping a copy. This was particularly difficult after a long trip with kids and a large group. We had to wait a long time for everyone to arrive and hand over their passports. The staff were slow and didn’t seem to consider our situation with sleeping children.」
