"We enjoyed 3 days of relaxation at this new resort. The villas are beautiful with modern finishes and it was great to just jump into the pool directly from our villa. Staff are all very attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were well looked after. Location is a bit far from everything but we were happy to just spend the our time at the resort before finishing our holiday in Nusa Dua. Breakfast was a La Carte and plenty to choose from. Food was of very good quality."

"Absolutely incredible. The villa was so special and luxurious; the view is unforgettable. There are only 6 villas here, but it still has all the amenities of a much bigger resort, like an onsite spa and restaurant, as well as options for excursions. Because of its size, there is a real focus on quality for their guests, delivering the best customer service possible. Check your booking details as ours came with so many happy surprises that we didn’t know were included - daily breakfast (with one floating breakfast), 15 minute foot massage, afternoon tea with cake and a 2 hour tour of the local rice paddies were all included. We also got a complimentary welcome cocktail each too. We are vegan, and were so well catered for - vegan options aren’t on their menu online but don’t let this put you off - we were given multiple options for each meal and they were truly delicious. True paradise here - an unforgettable experience, thank you!"

"Our stay at Barong was beautiful, from the grounds and gardens to the exquisite room and view. This is the real Bali. Beautiful and tranquil countryside setting among rice fields. Agung was a wonderful host who made our stay so much more special. He was very knowledgeable about the local area and very enthusiastic and fun to interact with each day. Made and all the staff here at Barong were a delight. The traditional blessing on entry was a great taste of culture and start to the stay. The food was freshly made - delicious everytime, with local ingredients and flavours - some from the gardens of Barong, Massages on-site and scooters hired through Barong, are some of the property perks. We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing you again. "
