「It is kind of confuse with the grab parking, one minutes is right on the front building and then the next minute is in the section between 2 building. Also the room card needs to be renew, it is so torn.」

「For the most part, my negative review of the apartment is based on the lousy treatment and communication by the caretaker, as the actual apartment was rather basic but for the price fair and what you can expect. We got off to a bad start as there was no check-in information forwarded in advance and the address listed on hotels.com was incorrect. We arrived with an early morning flight but there was no option to store luggage in the building’s reception area until check-in in the afternoon. Few...

「Giant sign on front of property says "no short term rentals", place was dirty, random clothes were left in the apartment by previous renter. Bathroom was moldy, place was FILTHY and also run down. Questionable check in process. Would NOT recommend. 」

「I’ve stay at many places in Saigon, and this was one of the best places to stay. The apartments were clean, the pool was nice, location is great and there’s a 7/11 downstairs that’s open 24/7 for anything you might need, and a pharmacy as well. Chau is an AMAZING host. I will be recommending this location to people I know. She is very sweet and responds quickly. 10/10 would recommend, I would vote more than 5 stars if possible!!」
