「Tibouche and Phillip are the perfect hosts and welcomed us into their charming home like family. We had a very friendly welcome from their loveable black Labrador Paddy too! The farmhouse is spacious and cosy with plenty of lovely paintings - many of which are Tibouche’s own accomplished work. She prepared a delicious hearty dinner for us and we chatted with them and other guests - and even played the piano! Such fun! We slept well in the huge double room - all spotlessly clean, and had our own...

「Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. 」

「Sian, the landlady is wonderful -- friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel's.com said there are laundry facilities but this is not true. BUT Sian did our laundry for us. We stayed in the annex but no one who was mobility problems, or is tall or heavy should stay there -- it is difficult to maneuver under the low ceilings. 」

My room was very nice and the bed extremely comfortable. I would most definately recommend this hotel and I will be using it again when I am next in the area.」

「I had an excellent stay in the Church Farmhouse B&B. It is in a very quiet village which means that is not very near shops or transport and you need a car. It is a very well maintained charming property very clean and having everything that is necessary for a comfortable stay . The owner is very nice and friendly but professional too. It is very close to towns like Bury St Edmunds Newmarket Ely and Cambridge for those who are interested in exploring the area or you can choose to stay put for...
