Cozy and nice cottage in beautiful Sörfjärden with Hälsingland's finest sandy beaches! In the vicinity of the cottage there are several different beaches, some of which are shallow and suitable for children. On the first floor you are met by a nice kitchen, living room with fireplace (insert), a small bedroom and bathroom. There is a toilet, shower and sink in the bathroom. From the living room you come directly out on the terrace at the back of the house where you have sun from lunch and into the evening. On the front terrace you have a fantastic morning sun. At the entrance you enter directly into a nice glazed porch. It is a built-in uninsulated terrace with large windows facing the front. There is also a nice dining area to enjoy all meals of the day. In the small bedroom is a family bed. The entire upper floor is a large loft with 4 single beds, TV and good play area. There is a standing height in the middle of the room and a sloping ceiling on the sides. The space is divided by the masonry, which is centrally located in the large open room. There are openable windows on both short sides. 50 meters from the cottage is Sörfjärden's Golf Course with 18 holes, as well as the Driving Range. Adjacent to the golf course is a newly built outdoor padel course which is very popular. Within walking distance of the cottage is the restaurant "A small Sjökrog" which opened a couple of seasons ago and serves both lunch and dinner with high class food. Here is the opportunity to rent a sauna raft. There is a tennis club in the area with 2 outdoor courts. Training is arranged here during the summer and there are also open times to book for your own game. If you want to make an excursion by car, there is both Galtström with the old ironworks and restaurant as well as Skatan sea restaurant. In Mellanfjärden there is also a nice restaurant, café and fish shop. It is about 15 minutes drive from the cottage. Sörfjärden dates back to the Iron Age. In the rich cultural landscape you will find Iron Age tombs, ancient castles, mines, blast furnaces and an old working environment with both manor and workers' housing. The fishing village around Gnarpsån is an idyll that must be experienced. Welcome!
