「The staff was wonderfully polite and helpful. The place is very good localized. Aveiro is a great historical place.」

「The staff has no courteousy whatsoever and the bed was absolutely uncomfortable and the bed sheet was not clean at all. They even haven't heard about empathy and far away from providing customer service. All they look for is your $$ Again this my opinion and you can give a try and stay and see how awful they are」
