Déjà en arrivant on se demande ce qu'est ce bâtiment désinfecté, un hôtel !!??? On rentre, personne ne parle français, inadmissible !! Il faut un traducteur téléphonique pour se faire comprendre ! Et le pire, est dans la chambre ! Moisissures, saletés, matelas inconfortable, amis acariens et on punaises ...

The room was fresh and clean as well as tidy. The breakfast was good quality and value for money. The hotel is also located in the centre of Albert which is very convenient. The hotel proprietor was helpful and welcoming.
