「Literally the hosts had their family staying with them so it felt like staying with family which I really enjoyed. They have a beautiful facility on a hillside with a great view of the valley and were very accommodating for us and our baby. bed was surprisingly comfortable. They gave great recommendations for food in the area. We just stayed one night on the way to the Dolomites and wanted to go to the Tauren SPA but jet lag and getting sick changed those plans so it was just an overnight stay...

「Virkelig dejligt Gasthaus hotel med god restuarant, centralt beliggende i Kaprun. Vi blev ved ankomsten opgraderet til et større værelse uden beregning, og var meget tilfredse med hele opholdet. Inkluderet i opholdet var til vores overraskelse blandt andet et frikort til mange lifter i området. Både området, byen og hotellet kan varmt anbefales. 」

「The room is very nice and quiet, the room has good sound insulation, a garden balcony, and the scenery outside the window is charming. The front desk is very good and service is thoughtful，especially the hotel offers a lot of coupons, including a cable car ride on Albert Mountain Plateau ski resort, do BUS on Albert Mountain」

「My family and I had a very sweet vacation in the hotel. The service are sweet. Everything is beautiful. Location is great. We went to ski by car. It only takes 10m to the ski areas. Thank you. Would like to come back again.」

「Das Zimmer war mehr als inakzeptabel. Es war der Switch (WLAN Verteiler) im Zimmer. Dieser hat durchgehend laut gebrummt, sodass es bei dem Lärm kaum möglich war zu schlafen. Zudem gab es keinen Verdunklungsvorhang, weshalb das Zimmer die gesamte Nacht hell erleuchtet war (direkt vor dem Zimmer befindet sich die Leuchtreklame des Hotels). Auch das Badezimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Duschkopf war mit dem Wasserhahn des Waschbeckens verbunden, damit überhaupt die Wasserzufuhr möglich ist.」

「Does exactly what is says in the tin. Great location in the heart of town, facilities all spot on. Breakfast was fairly standard but plentiful and nice. Staff all very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「Yes the stay was good. Central location. Only issue was that the is no front desk staff and email with check in code did not arrive in time. Amazon does not have a good setup with the small local places. Communication is usually not great. Thanks!」
