We had a two night stay with a group of 14, six different families. We appreciated being picked up and dropped off at the train station. All the luggage went, and different families walked. Three families were in "The Penthouse" with three rooms above the office. We had fun as a group with karaoke, pizza party, etc... without bothering others. The rooms were very basic, but that was all we needed. We easily walked to restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Most of all, we appreciated the kindness of the staff for our group.

This place is quaint and is beautifully located to the Glenwood Springs pool. It’s walking distance to town, restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Arrived with owner telling us they cancelled our stay because our credit card didn't go through. After multiple calls to Expedia, realized the mistake was on their end. After trying multiple types of payment, we finally paid cash and they "found" us a room. This place is very outdated. The office has large taxidermy animals and the rooms are decorated from the 80s. The 2 good things I can say is that it is very conveniently located and cheap.

This is a great place to stay before visiting Maroon Bells. The Wi-Fi is a bit limited, but I really enjoyed my stay. The highlight was the incredible customer service at the front desk. When I had a sudden health issue, the receptionist went above and beyond to guide, help, and take care of me. I truly appreciate his kindness and support!

It’s a cute little place. We really enjoyed staying there. The only thing I would really complain about is probably they need to update mattresses other than that everything was good, very close to restaurants , gas stations and Glenwood hot pools, We would stay here again

Friendly front desk. He upgraded one of our rooms which worked out better than what we had planned. Spacious quiet rooms, conveniently located close to the Glenwood Hot Springs resort, gas station, restaurants, etc., reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a sweet little spot and I wasnt expecting it. Friendly staff. Perfect spot with lot of walkable areas. Where were just planning on passing through but would stay here again if I ever had a chance. Both staff members we interacted where great. It's a little older but for the price it was perfect for what we needed
