"Excellent location. Only downfall was not being able to valet park onsite due to how busy we were. The view was nice to see the falls as well. Definitely worth getting the view. Beautiful area! Take the time to go to Lake on Niagara as well if able. It's only 30 minutes away!"

"It's an excellent hotel, but be prepared for extra costs: 75/day on-site self parking (valet parking is 100/day), expensive restaurants ($16 long Island Ice tea), and a way over-priced convenience store ($10 ice cream, $5 chocolate bar, $5 for a small roll of Rolaids). This is on top of the nickel and diming endemic through out the city, so bring your checkbook!"

"Perfect Family Stay Near the Action! Our family of 4 (kids 9 & 12) loved our July 24–26 stay! This was our 3rd time in Niagara Falls this year, and we choose this hotel every single time because it always delivers. Rooms: We got a beautifully renovated room on the 7th floor. Compared to our April 2026 stay, the bedroom and bathroom furniture were completely new. The room was clean and spacious for our luggage, and the 2 queen beds and pillow were incredibly comfortable. The new bathroom vanity mirror makes you look twice as good-looking! 😁 It also has a motion sensor, so no blinding overhead lights are needed for late-night bathroom trips, letting everyone fall back asleep quickly. Location & Parking: Super convenient access off the highway. It’s an easy 10-minute walk to Clifton Hill (perfect with kids) and about 30 minutes to the Falls. Plenty of parking is available, though you may park a bit further from the entrance if returning late at night. Amenities & Service: Rain on our second day sent us to the indoor pool. Even with 3 other families, it never felt crowded. The free cookies at the desk and 24/7 complimentary coffee/tea are fantastic perks. Staff are always friendly and check-in/out is seamless. Breakfast: The complimentary hot breakfast makes it feel like a real vacation. It rotated daily (eggs, sausages, etc.) alongside cereals, pastries, sliced bread, bagels, a juice machine, and a hit make-your-own waffle station. We will absolutely be back!"
