"The staff were incredible. I originally requested a two bedroom suite with views of the American and the Canadian Falls. When we got to our room, you could barely see the Canadian Falls from the 22nd floor, so they moved us up five more floors and the view is exactly what we were expecting! They were accommodating and understanding throughout the entire process. We found the hotel very well cared for and very clean. The two pools were perfect for the kids, and the one with the Falls view was excellent. The property was perfectly situated close to the things we wanted to do and the Falls. We’ll definitely be staying here again. We have two little kids and the room was perfect. When the kids went to bed in their room, we still felt like we had a little getaway as we were able to enjoy wonderful views from our room."

"At the time of checking in the first clerk did not want to help us because we use tap on my phone for credit cards and one clerk said it was nothing she can do and they did not have tap tap and we said we travel from the US to Canada and another clerk stepped up and helped out and come to find out they did have tap that was the only problem other than that, everything was great they even upgraded our room."

"The hotel was located in an excellent spot, near many restaurants, There are also restaurants in the lobby of the hotel, an IHop, The Keg and TGIF. It was close to the Skylon Tower and Niagara Falls. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Definitely would stay there again."
