「The reception and front lobby has been upgraded to a more modern style which is excellent. The staff are amazing and the breakfast was perfect. The hotel doesn't have room air-conditioning and we arrived in a heatwave in July 2025.Upon the receipt of a 20 Euros deposit the hotel will give you a desk fan if it's needed. 「This is one of those rare, exquisite properties you don't think exist anymore. The proprietor met us at the front desk, showed us to our room, which was a great price and had AMAZING views. 「Eine tolle Unterkunft zu einem absolut fairen Preis. Das Bett war ok. Es war eine Federmatratze die man doch schon stark gemerkt hat. Die Dusche war leider der Horror, die Dusche hatte absolut gar keinen Druck. Duschen war eigentlich unmöglich. An haare waschen war nicht zu denken. Frühstück gab es wohl ab 8.30 was extrem spät ist. 「This is an amazing place to stay. The first tier rooms are like suites in other hotels, in fact, they surpass them. Food is fantastic, especially the breakfast - fantastic choice. Beautiful venue with lovely walks. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Very comfortable. Several lovely lounges to relax in. Cookery demo with Peter was incredible. Cannot recommend highly enough! 」
