「Parking was ok if you got to the hotel early. If you were out late (hockey) there was very slim to no parking. Our hot water did not work the first morning. The bed was not comfortable at all. The good; staff were very friendly , restaurant was good, the pool clean and hot tub was hot. The fitness room was ok, no treadmill as it was broken. 」

「Hotel is a decent stay. We switched as it was $80 cheaper than other hotels in the area, but looked like it had an ok rating. 「I stay in hotels a lot. This place was the loudest place I’ve stayed in years. I could hear every footstep in the room above me and everyone talking in the hallway. I could also hear someone snoring all night in the room next to mine. Housekeeping also knocked at 8:30am when I was scheduled for 2 nights. Otherwise I liked it! Nice rooms and clean and in a good location - the noise was just an issue for any rest. I bet the top floor would be great! 」

「Manager was exceptional, she made sure I did not have an allergic reaction to chemicals or sprays. She also provided us with a full coffee pot and coffee. The room was adequate, plug ins etc. Good size fridge, perfect for us. Avacado Green Luxury Tub. We would return without hesitation.」
