"The location is lovely if you want to me immersed in the Australian wildlife but the property isn’t as luxury as it claims. The facilities weren’t as nice as advertised and the room wasn’t clean. "

"It would be good if the lights were dimmed outside the property in the night to leave the curtain open for the dome…"

"Breakfast was a little basic for the style of property. Rooms were great and large and provided lots of comfort. Water pressure was a little low, but more than enough to shower"

"Stayed in the Yering Suite. Nobody onsite except for one house keeping staff knew how to light the gas fire in the room. We tried to light it but turns out the pilot light was not lit. Ended up with three members of staff in the room being shown how to use it. No instructions for how to turn on the power to operate the spa bath, it was hidden inside a cupboard. No chef available so restaurant was closed. Bathroom windowsill was full of dead bugs. The bed posts were full of dust. Pool was not in operation and in a terrible state. Paying $460 for 1 night I expected better."

"Room was well presented and very clean. Ralph and Helen were very friendly . Our only reservation was that during our four day stay the room was not serviced at all which has not been our experience when staying at other up market motels."

"Staff service was great but the TV was not connecting to smart phone to use netflix, youtube or any entertainment. And it is great if they can provide a microwave and cutlery and crockery inside the room for guests to use. Otherwise everything else was perfect and will be definitely recommended"
