This is a budget motel, but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The rooms were also a decent size. The manager was helpful and pleasant and we would stay there again. Pet friendliness was an additional asset.

Not the most modern amenities, but had everything you need, and everything was clean, functional, and comfortable. Most importantly pets allowed (for $25 at the time of writing)

We were very late getting to the property and it was a very cold night. The owner was thoughtful enough to turn on the heating for us so the room was beautiful and warm when we arrived

The room was reasonably quiet. The staff were friendly. The room was very clean. Several basic items missing from room - plates, cutlery, tea towel, extra blankets - even though there was a microwave, fridge and toaster in the room. The bed also skated on the Lino floor each time I sat on it, which was a bit hazardous. The wheels on the beds need to sit in small coaster-cups. Apart from that, I was quite comfortable.

Not happy

Very uninviting the walls were not painted which made it look very dark. The bathroom tap could not be turned off. One of the beds needs a new mattress. Over charged for the dogs, $25 each. The concrete in courtyard was full of hollows which filled up with water when it rained. The whole room was depressing, won't go back

I stay in many motels around Australia due to work and personal travel. This is probably the biggest rip off of a motel that I have stayed in for as long as I can remember. We paid $130 for one night that was supposed to include a continental breakfast. Upon arrival, when I asked about the breakfast, I was told... oh we don't do that at the moment. Well it should be advertised on Wotif as though you do. Admittedly, when I said how disappointing that was as that is what I had paid for, the person gave us 4 slices of bread and some condiments. That wasn't a great start, but the condition of the room was old and unclean. I took numerous photos of the dirt on the floor and the frayed old towels (good for the environment though I suppose) as well as hairs in the bed and scrappy no smoking stickers on the walls and I didn't want to chance the shower. Yes this is all developed world problems and I wouldn't normally complain, but at $130 per night and less effort to clean I reckon it is justified. To top it off, all night long there was an awful sound coming from the bar fridge freezer. The good parts was that there was Netflix as promised and somewhere to park a trailer.
