"Great places for families! It was our first time and I loved everything it offers. The pool, the kiddy pool, the park and game room. Also the location to walk to the outlets and grocery store. Older nice hotel so it does need some upgrading but overall amazing. We will for sure be back next year!"

"Large room with sofa, comfy bed , couldn’t hear any road noise, the best breakfast offering in a comfort inn ever staff seemed to take pride in the buffet with re stocking and cleaning. Mini golf on site with discounts for hotel guests, didn’t use the pool area but looked ok if you have small children. Free iced coffee in reception, great location walking distance to a number of eateries and settlers green outlets. Well done on making this hotel feel more high end, I would 1000% recommend"

"went early September with my wife and 2 young kids. The amenities at the resort and daily scheduled activities made this resort stand out. The proximity to the main strip in Lincoln, Kancamagus Highway and Franconia Notch State Park are great, everything is a short ride away. We will definitely be back."

"Love a stay at the Carriage House suites at the Christmas Farm Inn! Jackson is our favorite place to stay when up north, convenient to hikes in the White Mountains, and to N. Conway or even Gorham for food and/shopping. Always quiet, housekeeping if needed, helpful staff, amenities include indoor pool, and chairs & games around the fire pit.our 2nd stay this summer alone, and will certainly be back for more."

"We’ve stayed here several times since our kids love the pool area and it is a nice location away from the congestion of the North Conway. I can’t speak to what this property is like during ski season since we’ve only stayed during the summer months. It is dated and dingy in places (room furniture, carpets throughout property, etc) but we’ve found similar qualities at other large properties in the area that must be difficult to maintain. We keep coming back since the kids really like the dual jacuzzi and heated outdoor pool combo. The sauna is a nice amenity as well as the fitness center and playground. The Tap restaurant was not open for our stay which was too bad since we’ve enjoyed it in the past (unsure if it’s permanently closed). One of the jacuzzis was out of order during our stay but the pool area was those up and running as expected. It’s really just the location and pool that keep us coming back to this particular property when in the area."
