地理位置很方便，但是酒店房间卫生间鱼缸里有股臭味，令人作呕。。。房子感觉是不是会震一下，可能是有地铁通过的原因。。。非常非常非常一般的住宿条件，没什么特色。。。可能这就是便宜的原因吧

位置超棒！過個馬路就到車站了，門口就有好幾個公車站，超級便利！ 晚上進出也都很安全，櫃檯有人。 退房後也可以寄放行李，玩到火車時間快到再回來取行李就可以了，便利又貼心。 不過暖氣是中央控制的，有點冷，需要打電話跟前台溝通。有一點點小不方便。 總而言之，是很值得推薦的住宿房間喔！

A good stay at the village centre of Portree. It is close to the bus hop, shops and restaurants, so you won’t have much trouble getting around and having refreshments. The reception was warm and very helping. I could drop my luggage before checkin and after checkout, saving me trouble to explore the beauty of Skye. Though it is an old hotel, the room is comfy, and the housekeeping is in an acceptable standard. Breakfast is served with full British breakfast, Scottish traditional porridge, and a mini buffet of cereal and drinks. Recommending, minus a little expensive

Good: (i) neat, clean and tidy room. (ii) next to the central train station and near the city centre, very convenient. (iii) the staff at the reception provides good services. (iv) the single bedroom and the bathroom is larger than what I expected. (v) good wifi connection at room (vi) towels, shampoo and bathing gel provided. (vii) efficient hairdryer. (viii) adequate hangers (around 5-6). (ix) comfortable bed (not too soft or too hard). (x) the hotel also allows me for an early check-in at 9am which is very grateful. Bad: a bit noisy at night as my room is on the 2nd floor and next to the road where buses and vehicles are travelling. I can also hear the sound of the lift and people walking at the corridor quite clearly. So bringing an earplug is suggested. Overall speaking, value for money hotel. I would choose this hotel again if I visit Glasgow again in future.

Well location. Nice staff. Same as photo. Simple and clean room. No bad smell. Comfort bed. Very close to the train station.Nearby many shops and bars.Convenience food shop just downstairs. Good breakfast！Opposite is taxi stop, easy to get a taxi. Can leave luggage after check out. Please note that there is no fridge and no wifi in the room, but most of the hotels in Glasgow are the same. Wifi only available in lobby. Sound can hear when rain or bath. Small wash hand basin (be careful get wet by powerful tap water). Some people say on the net that toilet seat loose, lift gets sound and some carpet worn, but the facilities still safe,clean and ok. My attic room at 4/F has skylight window room. 1/3 of the ceiling is in slope, sometimes you need to bend down. The window edge easily hit my head too. So please ask not stay at 4/F for those tall people. But I haven't changed for 7 nights because I like that window. I will not have other choice and sure be back when I am in Glasgow again.

Room carpet frayed and paintwork on tub was cracking. General state of room felt v neglected. Breakfast was out of packets and served in a bar! Staff v kind and good shower.

Staff was friendly. The bathrooms need a major cleaning!! Black mildew all on shower walls and sink area. Elevator not working and sounded as if it hadn’t been for a while with no plans for repair. We were only there 2 nights and cost was reasonable considering location next to central station.

I arrived this hotel after a train journey from London - I had read the reviews & it seemed good value for a 1 night short stay before going to a conference nearby. I arrived to a shabby looking hotel in a fairly undesirable area. Having already been told the lift is out of order and no known date for its repair I’d had to phone to request a room on the first floor as I suffer with mobility issues. This was done, but it required a walk up 3 short flights of stairs. The bottom of the stairs is a fire exit which it seems was shared with adjoining Indian takeaway as had staff members in the doorway. The room itself was basic and not particularly welcoming - the bathroom although clean had black marks in the grout and in the bottom of the bath. I didn’t feel comfortable staying here so booked another nearby hotel (the one motel) for not much more and left my door key at reception on the way out. The other hotel was a million miles away from the standard here so my advice is stay elsewhere.
