「Loved the stay. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and my kids loved the pool. A little upset that they closed down the hot tub in the pool area however i do understand that they have to run a business and some times you have to make very difficult decisions. But over all a 5 star review from me.」

「It’s nice here. Parking for hotel is limited but I like that you’re allowed to park wherever there’s a meter from 4pm-8am. They have a paid garage connected as well. I didn’t like that there aren’t microwaves in the rooms. So if you want to order/ hv something delivered because you are too tired to go out, it defeats the purpose because you will have to go downstairs to get it from front desk because you can’t use the elevator unless you have a room key.」

「I have been traveling to Canton over 30 years and this was definitely my favorite hotel experience. Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. The only thing i would say that needs an upgrade woukd to change all showers/tubs to walk in only with handles. Otherwise LOVED IT 」

「The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Jessica at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The kids had so much fun in the pool. The only problem was the TV. It would not play. The 2 ladies had to come multiple times to reset it. It would play 30 min or less. Good thing I had a phone to play games and watch TV on. It seemed to be an on-going problem with that room #317. It was so busy we had to wait. The ladies were very friendly. Other than that everything else was excellent. Good...

「The fastest and quickest check in or check out i have ever dealt with. Talked with the manager and recommended that she tell the owners to look into adding a location in Alliance, Ohio. It would be 30 minutes away from Canton and we are a very large college town.」

「The hotel was in a great area with things to eat nearby. There was also a bar and restaurant inside the hotel which is always a plus. We had to move rooms because our Tv and a few light's weren't working. Once we switched, everything was great. We were placed on the 3rd floor, upon checking out the elevator didn't work so we had to walk down to the front desk 」
