"Everything was more than perfect!! The apartment was huge and everything very clean, even the towels smell fantastic. The staff, especially cleaning and and the bar, were so kind and always helpful, we enjoyed every moment there. The location was great to reach any point on the island, we felt so welcome there, I can nothing but really recommend this place, our best stay anywhere so far, thanks again for everything!!"

Canopy by Hilton Seychelles Resort

"Very pretty, design-led hotel. We loved the aesthetic, amenities & eco friendly touches (refillable water bottles, etc). Room was beautiful, bed super comfy, great shower, decent wifi (which is not a given in the Seychelles!), lovely terrace & generally very nice room furniture. Nice breakfast and the team are super accommodating (we requested a proper barista coffee rather than the auto machines, it was really hard to find proper non-Nespresso coffee in the Seychelles so we were grateful they were happy to make a proper coffee!). The service was fantastic - every person we encountered were super helpful, kind & friendly. Great location, we think this area is the best to stay on Mahé as you've got proximity to the best beaches & plenty of amenities. Staff at the pool weren't as good. Took forever for someone to come when you pressed the service button, things we asked for never arrived even after multiple requests. Cocktails by the pool weren't good and weirdly you can't order free water by the pool despite the refill system - if you order water you will be charged (which the team did kindly make us aware of before it was too late). You need to go and refill your own water bottles. Minor inconveniences only - would recommend the hotel, thought it was great value for money & glad we decided to stay here rather than somewhere more expensive."

"The location, facilities, pool, and restaurants on site were outstanding. I want to highlight the great work and help by the Gecko Bar staff especially Praveena and his colleagues. The housekeeping crew especially Samri were great and really made the trip enjoyable. The pool was fantastic. The pool staff was always helpful and professional. The Beau Vallon beach is the best for swimming, sunbathing and sunsets. Truly a great experience, I recommend the property. Again Thanks Praveena at the Gecko Bar."

"The staff were very welcoming. The pool was clean and comfy loungers around the edge. The food is EXPENSIVE! The best value for money is happy hour menu 6-7pm at the pool bar. The bus tour to Victoria is also very reasonable. (Water & guide provided). Rooms comfy & great A/C. Beautiful beach right across the street."

"The definition of Paradise We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff is warm and friendly, the location is secluded and peaceful, and the beach is gorgeous, where in April, we were pretty much the only people around. We had planned to go into town on one of our two days, but the beauty and peace of the place convinced us to stay put to enjoy the wonderful location. We had all our meals at the hotel and they were reasonably priced and tasty. I hope to return someday."
