Meget sentralt ved E-18, kafe/restaurenger rundt forbi, også matvare butikk. Grei Parkering. Kjempegod Frokost!

Et helt OK opphold. God standard, rolig og greit. Butikk og Zoo i umiddelbar nærhet. Noe manglende vedlikehold på bad, med en dusjslange som lakk vann. Totalt sett fornøyd med oppholdet.

Innsjekking stenger tidligere i helgene

Overnattet fra lørdag til søndag. Booket online på hotels.com og der stod det at innsjekking skulle være mulig frem til kl 20:00 hver dag. På hjemmesiden stod det innsjekking var mulig frem til kl. 21:00. Dette stemte ikke! På lørdager stenger innsjekking kl. 19:00. Vi ankom 19:30 og fikk dermed ikke sjekket inn. Forsøkte å ringe hotellet, men ingen svar. Møtte heldigvis ved en tilfeldighet en gjest som gav oss tilgang til et ledig rom. Utenom innsjekkingsproblemer var rommet rent og fint. God parkeringsplass og flere butikker i nærheten.

Bestillingsbekreftelsen for mitt opphold oppgav en innsjekkingstid frem til klokka 21.00. Jeg ankom like før 21.00 på en lørdag og det viste seg at lørdager stenger resepsjonen tidligere. Heldigvis stod det et telefonnummer på døra som jeg kunne ringe. Via dette nummeret fikk jeg raskt hjelp og fikk låst meg inn på et ledig rom. Sett bort fra at det ikke ble opplyst korrekt innsjekkingstid (og at ikke hotellet ringte gjesten for å opplyse om dette da resepsjonen stengte) var dette et godkjent opphold

Handikap-rom?

Jeg hadde bestilt et dobbeltrom som måtte være tilgjengelig for elektrisk rullestol og ha plass til toalettstol og div utstyr. Dessuten et dobbeltrom til to assistenter. "20 kvadratmeter og utsikt til innsjø" sto det på bekreftelsen. Rommet var meget trangt, og dusjen var ikke tilgjengelig med toalettstol. Så det ble ingen dusj på meg i Arendalsuka. Utsikten var til E18. Det viste seg at "handikap-rom" bare var enkeltrom og enda trangere. Jeg fikk ikke det jeg bestilte.

God service og bra standard

Jeg hadde glemt å sjekke stengetid, og kom en time etter at de stengte. Da satt det allikevel en ansatt og ventet på meg - og var fortsatt blid og imøtekommende. Bra service, god frokost, veldig rene og fine rom, godt og varmt på badet (varme i gulvet). Overraskende bra standard til å være et "langs veien hotell".

Poor service because of few staff people.

I'm sorry to write a bad review because the staff was helpful, but they are so undersized! In the morning there is only person preparing breakfast for customers and doing at the same time invoices for check-outs. Except from the good bacon and egg prepared by the lady of the staff, the rest of the breakfast is rather poor. The room was basic and a bit dusty. Soap dispensers were broken. If you go there to have a meal, the restaurant is actually good.

Det var kun 1 natt, og hotellet fungerer bra som enkel overnatting. God middag da vi kom. Fikk nystekt egg og bacon til frokost da vi spurte etter egg. Det negative var at det ikke var såpe på det ene rommet. Ble oppdaget etter at resepsjonen var stengt. Det var tomt i såpedispenser både i dusj og vask. Det var meget negativt. Betjeningen var veldig hyggelig.

Vanskelig å finne betjening/resep.når vi kom om kvelden. Ingen skilting. Måtte få nytt rom da toalettet bare randøy. Ingen toalettpapir,kleshengere. Ingen hårdføner til utlån engang. Mye lyder av ventilasjonsanlegget på badet. Gode senger. Hadde forventet noe annet prisen tatt i betraktning.

Motorvägsmotell

Ok för en övernattning. Ligger bredvid regnskogsattraktion samt outlet. Vi kom på kvällen när allt var stängt så det kändes rätt ödsligt. Rummet var trevligt men opersonligt. Frukosten och service helt ok men inte så mycket mer än så.
