A bit pricey for the standard.

Old fashion 80' hotel. Everything works but have seen better days. Big room, beds could have been better, but OK. Big bathroom. Giant restaurant with room for a playground for kids. Nice lake and playground outside and pool.

Cozy Hotel

We booked a triple room which had more than enough space for three people. While the hotel appears to be of an older construction, everything was functional and overall it was a cozy stay. The staff I interacted with didn't speak English (Google Translate to the rescue), so be prepared for that. The included breakfast was quite good. Parking is ample, and you will need it because this hotel is a good 20-30 minute walk to downtown restaurants and bars. In particular if you are visiting the nearby World War II sites by car, this is a great choice for lodging and very good value for money.

Hotellet förtjänar inte på 3 stjärnor... rummet vi bodde i var på väldig låg nivå. Dörren öppnades med ett nyckel och kunde inte stängas förrän man låste den. Receptionen var ok.

Reception was OK. The room was large and clean. TV channels were poor and the signal was bad (certainly not digital!) and the so-called WIFI was a torture. It took minutes to open one page. We had diner in the restaurant and I ordered "juicy pork tenderloin". It wasn't juicy at all. I don't know how the chef managed to do that. And the prices on Polish and English menu chart were different! Breakfast was limited but ok. OK to stay one night (were only wanted to visit the Wolf's Lair the next day) but not for a week or so. Sorry!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Mit dem Frühstück und dem Abendessen waren die Gäste meiner Grüppe sehr zufrieden, besondere Beachtung fanden die Sehr guten Massagebehandlungen. Es war trotz des noch recht kühlen Wetters eine sehr schöne Woche. Es gibt eine Menge Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region und man bekommt gute Hinweise. Wir waren in dieser Woche glücklich und zufrieden.

値段相応です。シンプルで、素泊まりに適しています。繁華街まで運河沿いに2キロ歩きます。でも、安くて、最低限(決して豪華ではない)の快適さは確保してあります。有料でジャグジー、サウナが あります。

W oczekiwaniu na rejs.

Wybraliśmy ten nocleg dlatego, następnego dnia odbieraliśmy jacht z Giżycka. Zaletą było poranne śniadanie - wystarczająco przyzwoite. Wieczorem hotelowa restauracja nie zachwyciła klimatem, więc za około 10 zł pojechaliśmy do portu jachtowego i tam spędziliśmy czas w kilku tawernach. Śpiąc 1 noc nie spodziewaliśmy się cudów i cudów nie dostaliśmy.

Sådär!

Skulle snarare kalla detta hotell tvåstjärnigt. Rummet stank diesel när vi kom, badrummet luktade unket (mögel?). Efter att ha vädrat ett tag blev det bättre och vi lät fönstret vara öppet hela kvällen och natten. Sängen obekväm, ingen ordentlig bäddmadrass. Frukost ok och personal trevlig i övrigt! Billigt att åka taxi till och från.

Angenehmes Hotel

Gute Lage an einem der masurischen Seen, nicht weit vom Ortszentrum Gizycko entfernt. Das Restaurant bietet lokale Spezialitäten und deutsch sprechendes Personal. Ein deutscher Fernsehkanal wäre wünschenswert!

Abseits des Trubels

Die Anlage besteht aus mehreren Gebäuden (auch Apartments), gut 25 Minuten Fußmarsch vom touristischen Zentrum entfernt. Ein See liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite, das abgebildete Gewässer ist ein kleiner Teich mit Badeverbot. Die abseitige Lage hat aber auch den großen Vorteil, dass man weder die Bahn, noch die feierfreudigen einheimischen Gäste hört.

direkt am See, besonders fuer Nachteulen geeignet

Das Hotel liegt phantastisch, direkt am See. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, die Betten sehr schmal, dafuer das Bad riesig und die Dusche ein Traum. Das Fruehstuecksbuffet sucht seinesgleichen und auch der abendliche Restaurantbetrieb ist empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht sehr hungrig ist. Sehr gutes Essen, aber winzige Fleischportionen. Da viele Busreisegruppen dort einkehren, ist es eher laut, auch spaet abends noch. Also nur was fuer Nachteulen...
