"The room was ok but a little less than I thought it would be. No real view of the Harbour. Looking from the balcony our view was of buildings next to us or their roofs Things to consider. Handrails inside the shower. In my case I need assistance to stand and or walk. Handrails would mean security and fear of falling. The shower floor was EXTREMELY slippery. And that was without any soap lather. Needed more in-room information about lighting. How to use the TV remote. We were 2 people but there was only one chair for serving and eating meals. Having a restaurant that only opens Monday to Friday was a disappointment. Fancy not having a restaurant on-site over a weekend. Amazing Luckily we were surrounded by restaurants. We had amazing breakfasts at the Florence Restaurant which is almost next door to the hotel"

"The rooms were good for the price .But I always end up with disabled showers and you can never keep the floor dry ! Can you please ask if we want a disabled unit ! They are never as good as regular showers"

"Booked this for my son a daughter in law. They loved it. Had an amazing stay and said it was a 5 star. Only issue was the air-con wasn't working which isn't the best for beach accommodation hence my 4 star."

The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor pool was also a great bonus perfect for relaxing and enjoying some downtime. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt well looked after. If you’re planning a trip, this is definitely a place worth considering! ✨"
