「all around great stay」

「The entire hotel is under construction. The breakfast area, front door area and all the hallway on the third floor was under construction. No breakfast area access. The room was adequate but I stayed three nights and not once did the room get made up. So no fresh towels, no tossing out the trash. The front desk must be manned by only one person b/c I rarely saw anyone there. The TV did not work on the third night, no internet I suppose. Had to watch tv on my phone. 「Room was neat but many stains on the floor and in the bathroom (tub and floor) . Storage lacking in the bathroom so there was an unappealing rusted wire rack that held towels and extra toilet paper roll. Staff is amazing.」

「The A/C was loud and sounded like gravel scrapping. The door didn't fit the opening so I had flies in the room every night. The mirror had a large crack across the mirror right at eye level. 「Insatisfecha la habitación que pedí era para no fumadores y olía horrible a tabaco dentro de la habitación. Las sábanas y toallas estaban amarillentas y con manchas pedí habitación para 3 y solo pusieron 2 toallas a pesar de que el baño era amplio la tina era sumamente pequeña, realmente me quedé porque estaba demasiado cansada pero dormí 4h y me fui de inmediato」

The lobby that is shown in the pictures on Expedia doesn’t exist. You walk into this tiny little storage room with old unplugged, broken vending machines and you have to go up to a window to slide your ID and credit card in.
