"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "It's a very nice hotel with beautiful view over lake Annecy. The server at breakfast was delightful. The only thing that marred my visit was the attitude of the server Easter evening. I had had a big meal midday with friends and I wanted just a salad. I ordered a 15 euro mocktail and a salad and the server was clearly irritated and pushed me to order wine. I'm bilingual and visit France frequently and I'm pretty stunned that this attitude persists. It's very unwelcome behavior. Il avait pas mal de caractère."
