"Our extended family rented the large villa home on the property. It was so beautiful and much larger than we even expected. The staff was lovely, and accommodating, especially Zoe. As for the rest of the property, it was simply beautiful. I’d love to try the hotel restaurant and spa on property on our next trip. We would love to stay there again and recommend the house villa for large families. Absolutely made our stay in Annecy a wonderful experience."

One odd complaint (not to take a star away): we had to request and iron and ironing board twice; they brought one but took it away within an hour... it was a major request for something understood as trivial in most hotels with so many starts... Thanks."
