Very welcome and friendly check-in, helpful and polite staff. Queens Rooms spacious and clean, walk in shower lovely. Requested for rooms to be close and were next to each other. Really central. Excellent check in support, allowing us to leave bags. Things just abbit tired, dishwasher was broken and left with stagnant water which was quite smelly
