「先ずレセプションでは、予約が確認出来ないとのことで、 偶々印刷していた予約確認書を見せて事なきを得た。 エスコートして行った部屋は既に先客ありで、別のキーを持って来て隣の部屋へ、室内はベッドを含め？？？の状態で、唯一エアコンが動いて良かった程度。」

「Staff was more than accommodating. Had a few issues upon arrival with the accommodation type chosen (the cheapest rooms are quite a bit from the beach and run down, they are not as the reception area is). The hotel took care of the misunderstanding with the utmost customer service. The rooms in the bungalows and two story white building are beautiful. The pool is as pictured. Breakfast on the beachfront was lovely each morning. Walking distance to everywhere, but rent a bike, mask and snorkel!...

「Our 1 week stay at Wilson retreat was absolutely amazing, and the best hotel we have ever stayed at - it is the perfect combination of good friendly service from the staff and still a cozy and down to earth vibe. The location is the best on the island as it is quite and away from all the party hotels, and the perfect place to spot turtles is right in front of the hotel, so you can spit them while having breakfast at their beach restaurant.
