Wonderful stay in a very special place. Just a handful of beautiful rooms surrounding a peaceful, natural style pool. Our family of 4 stayed in the Moon Suite which had plenty of room for all of us. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good location, super easy walk from the harbour and accessible to all main beaches/bars/shops etc. Highly recommended!

Amazing resort

A true paradise. Very quiet location but near harbour and shops. Beautiful resort with lovely pool. The staff was amazing!!! Breakfast delicious with several options. Hopefully we'll be back some day!

Hani Hideaway is an absolute paradise! The attention to every single detail is exceptional and the team there are so welcoming. It’s a stunning property and the food at the restaurant is so good. Incredible!

Hani hideaway is a little hidden gem and nothing short of idyllic. Everything was five star quality but what really made it so special for us was the amazing staff. The personal touch and attentiveness was like nothing else we’d experienced before. Everyone was so kind and couldn’t do enough for us . Our only regret was not booking this beautiful place for longer and we would without doubt go back to Hani Hideaway on our next visit to Gili Air.

Our stay at Hani Hideaway was a truly special experience for our family of four. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome—everyone was incredibly kind and attentive, including the lovely owner, Tina, whom we had the pleasure of meeting. The property itself is a little gem—beautifully designed with so much care and attention to detail, creating a space that’s both stylish and comfortable. The food and drinks were a highlight: fresh, full of flavour, and with something for everyone. Our kids (10 and 13) especially adored the friendly little cats that came to greet and play with us every day. My husband appreciated the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere—he especially enjoyed the pool and the beautifully scented towels! As for me, I was blown away by the delicious food and the warmth of the staff, particularly Peng, Ganda and Jonny, who generously shared stories and insights about the island and their culture. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a soulful, welcoming retreat on Gili Air.

A paradise on Gili Air - Hani Hideaway Our 10 day stay at Hani Hideaway was simply heavenly. From the first minute we felt at home. Thanks to the warm and helpful nature of the whole team. Everyone was a real ray of sunshine and made our stay unforgettable. One of our daughter's highlights was taking part in the mango harvest, which was great fun. The afternoons with board games were also special - Ikin played enthusiastically and brought a lot of joy to our rounds. The daily breakfast with delicious pancakes and everything your heart desires was the perfect start to the day. The loving preparation and warm atmosphere made every morning special. The housekeeping team paid great attention to detail and lovingly prepared our room every evening with candles, which made us feel at home. Another memorable moment was the family dinner where our daughter happily enjoyed pasta and a big screen was set up especially for her while we had the opportunity to enjoy a delicious Family-dinner and the company of our wonderful hosts. Rain enchanted us with an impressive Coldplay performance and gave us an evening we will never forget. Our stay at Hani Hideaway was full of wonderful memories and heartwarming moments. We are grateful for this wonderful experience and highly recommend this accommodation. It was hard to leave this place, but we hope to return one day.

This boutique gem is hands down the most magical place we have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in warmth and genuine hospitality. It felt less like checking into a hotel and more like arriving home to long-lost friends. The team welcomed us with open arms, setting the tone for a stay filled with heart, beauty, and peace. The hideaway itself is straight out of a dream — centered around a majestic mango tree that seems to watch over the place like a gentle guardian. Every inch of the space has been thoughtfully curated, with impeccable attention to detail and taste. Whether indoors or out, you’ll find beauty, serenity, and a kind of calm that’s hard to put into words. The breakfast? Divine. Every bite was bursting with flavor and care — the kind of meal that sets the tone for a perfect day in paradise. And dinner is not to be missed either. The food, the ambiance, the candlelight… it’s truly one of the best culinary experiences we’ve had. And then there’s the service — thoughtful, discreet, and heartfelt. From nightly turn-down service by candlelight with fresh water, to providing snorkeling gear and bikes for island adventures, everything was handled with care and love. Not once did we find a single thing to improve — and we really tried.

Wir hatten einen Premium Bungalow. Der Bungalow war ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Leider teilweise etwas abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool ist zwar klein aber vollkommen ausreichend zum abkühlen. Vor allem sieht er einfach sehr schön aus. Einziges Manko ist, dass etwas wenig Liegen vorhanden sind. Der Service war wirklich sehr sehr gut, super zuvorkommende und einfach nette Menschen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend im a la carte Stiel. Die Lage ist sehr gut und nah am Harfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir uns vielleicht eine Suit buchen einfach um etwas mehr Platz zu haben.

Ich habe alles in Hani Hideaway geliebt. Angefangen vom überaus freundlichen Personal, die einem zu jederzeit bei Fragen, Anliegen, etc bei Seite gestanden sind. Das Essen, speziell das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Hotel- und Poolanlage wunderbar. Die Zimmer haben alles geboten, was man braucht. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
