"Fantastic and beautifully decorated villa. Wonderful plunge pool. Staff outstanding and could not have done more for us with very special thanks to Ari. They really made our visit sensational. Villa well away from the mosque. "

Friendly host and staff helped when asked.
Significant building noise until dusk (power tools and workers) at the time. Thid was not disclosed when booked, would not have booked here if had known this.
Debris thrown into bathroom on one night, detracted from feeling of safety.
Reasonably clean, pool could have been a lot cleaner, it was stated that it was cleaned daily but unlikely.
Improvement would be sending a staff member to the harbour to meet guests and...

"The place is good and has an excellent location but they have many areas to improve, for example the cleanliness and attention to the guests since during our entire stay we did not see any of the staff clean the room, we had 4 power cuts that the hotel was not even aware of, we had to be calling the reception or looking for someone to fix it."
