Our second stay. But still the service is not up to standard. At the breakfast you are met with tables with reservations on them and you have to look for a table that is free. They all looked reserved. No help from the staff Toilet paper is a cheap fabric. The photos make it look like there’s a nice bar. But that’s not the way it is when you are there

I booked by hotel.com for a business trip specifying to pay at the hotel. In the end, the payment was debited directly from my card even though it was reserved for another person and I was not there!! and the collegue paid for me, we paid twice

Dejlig stort lyst værelse med en god seng, flot udsigt til skov, men værelset var meget slidt men pæn rengjort. Ingen støj og god parkering. Maden lidt kedeligt.

Unfreundlichkeit und Ignoranz der Belegschaft an der BAR. Die BAR nur bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet. . Nur 1 Min. nach 200:00 Uhr gab es nichts mehr. Alle Mitarbeiter schauten abe 20:00 Ur alle 5 Min. auf die Uhr. Aber das Händy war immer am Mann un in Bereischaft.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ordentlich. Das Personal sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht es allen Gästen recht zu machen. Das kleine Schwimmbad sehr nett . Die Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeiten sehr klein, da viele Gäste ihre E Bikes mithaben. Das Frühstück und Abendbrot war nichts Besonderes aber ok.

Die Zimmer sind sauber, wenn auch etwas altmodisch, was aber nicht weiter stört. Etwas schade ist, dass die Rezeption erst ab 15 Uhr besetzt ist und ein früherer Check-in nicht möglich war. Zwar gab es die Möglichkeit zum Online-Check-in über QR-Code und Tablet, aber beides hat aufgrund fehlender WLAN-Verbindung nicht funktioniert. Am enttäuschendsten war allerdings, dass das Schwimmbad geschlossen war – genau wegen diesem hatte ich das Hotel auch ausgewählt. Leider gab es dazu vorab keinerlei Hinweis bei der Buchung.

Schwimmbad war ein Buchungskriegskriterium, leider schon länger geschlossen und bei Buchung nicht erwähnt in Anzeige. Ambiente Zimmer gebucht, Dusche mit Vorhänge in der Badewanne (70ziger lassen grüßen), Brausekopf ging nicht an da der Knopf dafür lose war, kein kalt Wasser in Dusche möglich, WC Spülung klemmt und dadurch Dauerspülung min.2x drücken damit es aus geht. So spart man kein Wasser! Testmülleimer total kaputt. Haben dann auf günstiger Doppelzimmer gewechselt, welches mit einer Dusche (funktionsfähig) ausgerüstet war. Dieses Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings wurde uns in keinster Form ein Ausgleich angeboten. Ein Getränk an der Bar wäre sicherlich möglich gewesen. Das Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch und am Samstag um 8:25 total abgegrast. Es dauert ca.15 min bis ordentlich nachgelegt wurde. Leider waren auch keine Tische mehr frei und wir mussten dann Personal bitten, benutzte Tische frei zu räumen, Die halb leere, lauwarme Kaffeekanne wurde uns überlassen. Hier mussten wir dann um neuen Kaffee bitten. Am Sonntag lief es dann etwas besser. Das Personal könnte abends an der Bar bzw. Außenbereich durch Aufmerksamkeit mehr Umsatz generieren, was den Betreiber bestimmt freuen würde. Wir waren schon öfters in diesem Hotel und merken den sozialen Abstieg. Hotels ohne Schwimmbad gibt's es durchaus auch andere. Wir werden das beim nächsten Besuch in Gifhorn berücksichtigen.

Hallo , wir waren für 1 Übernachtung mit Frühstück da . Leider war das Schwimmbad defekt und wir mussten 20 € zu zahlen für die Sauna mit kalten Duschen . Das Personal war sehr bemüht und nett . Sauberkeit war toll.

Ich war in Gifhorn aufgrund des Mühlenmuseums, das war sehr schön. Das Hotel ist nur 10 Min Fußweg entfernt, deswegen hatte ich es ausgesucht. Es ist nicht das Neueste, aber für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp hat es gereicht. Essen ist leider nicht nach meinem Geschmack gewesen. Abends habe ich einen unreservierten Platz bekommen, das war sehr nett von dem Personal und es gab Buffet, nicht nach Menükarte. Das Essen war leider nicht meins und die Auswahl sehr wenig für 20 €. Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war ok.

Preis-Leistung war überragend. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, Zimmer war Sauber und auch der Pool war sehr gepflegt. Wir haben schon verschiedene Hotels in der Region besucht, aber das hat jetzt wirklich herausgestochen. Wir würden es wieder wählen.
