"Awful experience. I booked this hotel based on the reviews, but I was completely misled. I ended up paying €150 for parking for less than three days because the staff were unable to help with parking at the hotel, despite parking being listed as one of the booking features.
There was no daily water replenishment — only two tiny 200ml bottles provided for the entire stay. The breakfast was disappointing, and honestly, the price I paid did not reflect the experience that was advertised at all.
I have stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the worst 4-star hotel I have experienced. I would never recommend it, nor would I ever return.
The room was cold even with the heating turned on, and the hot water in the shower was temperamental. I booked the executive suite, but there was nothing “executive” about it. The carpet was visibly dirty, and the TV remote was filthy.
The only positive part of the experience was that the staff were friendly and respectful, even though they were unable to resolve the issues during my stay."
