There were a few minor inconveniences (not enough toilet paper, hair dryer broken, not enough trash bags) and the staff was slow to fix these. "Only reason for stopping at 4 stars is the fact that the hotel does not have an elevator to access the 3-4 stories of the hotel. I am in a wheelchair and that caused a pretty big problem for me. Luckily I can walk for a short distance, so I was able to make it to our room in a few phases. Room, view, dining room, pool all spectacular. Best breakfast buffet in years!!!"
