DO NOT STAY HERE

Hotel Kalos has misrepresented itself on the hotels.com platform. They have photos of Hotel Nike, their sister hotel, listed as the ones for hotel Kalos. When we were led to our room it was a disgusting, run down, falling apart hotel. We were afraid to stay there and left immediately. Now we are trying to get our money back. Do not stay here.

Trevlig personal och hjälpsama vid frågor. Frukosten får en att bli mätt, men inget slå svenskt hotellfrukost. Det var väldig högljutt i rummet och man sov rätt dåligt, men jag fick byta till ett annat rum som var lite bättre men fortfarande lyhört utifrån. Renlighet måste jag sägs minus okej och sängarna väldig obekväm. Det luktade också mögel i rummet när man stängde av luftkonditioneringen

La struttura alberghiera è un po datata ma è stata ristrutturata quest'anno e nel suo complesso è più che accettabile. Ancora da perfezionare la cura del giardino Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal lungomare di Giardini in una ottima posizione. Tutto, e dico tutto, il personale è stato di una gentilezza non comune. Un plauso alle addette alla reception ed in particolare a Tania che è stata super professionale. La piscina (situata nella struttura adiacente) è di acqua marina bella fresca e sempre pulita. Il mare è fresco a causa delle vicine acque fredde delle Gole dell'Alcantara. Ci ritornerò.

The hotel needsTLC... but its still a good choice.

This hotel has huge potential. I must have been grand in its day. Sadly it needs lots of TLC but having said that we had a really good stay here. The hotel pool has been drained but guest are able to use the pool at the hotel next door a short walk away. We swam in the sea in a beautiful bay and really enjoyed it.

Tre giorni a Giardini Naxos

La struttura ha una bellissima posizione a dieci minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Purtroppo l'edificio è fatiscente e sembra che da quando è stato costruito non abbia visto manutenzioni e/o restyling. Da quello che ho capito anche i due Hotels attigui sono della medesima proprietà e non capisco veramente perché non si possa sfruttare una così bella posizione per creare una grande struttura unica rinnovata ed ammodernata. Un vero peccato. Abbiamo alloggiato in una specie di dependance in una camera quadrupla di sufficiente metratura ma con finiture che ricalcano il resto dell'hotel. Parcheggio sufficiente. Non per ultimo l'orario della colazione fino alle 9,30 mi sembra veramente restrittivo per un ospite in vacanza.

Albergo dotato di ogni comfort, offre piscina, lettini e praticamente sul mare! Ottima colazione e personale molto carino e disponibile. Dotato di parcheggio per cui siamo usciti a piedi tranquillamente!

Camera con arredamento un po' datato ma con una bellissima vista mare. La struttura non è nuovissima e avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata ma il prezzo è ottimo e la posizione perfetta sia per il mare che per un giro in centro città, raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. A disposizione dei clienti c'è un piccolo stabilimento gratuito con accesso al mare attraverso un molo o gli scogli, perfetto per giornate di totale relax. Personale cortese e accogliente

La cortesia dello staff il top!

La cortesia del personale, sorridente e disponibile ad ogni ora per le necessità legate al nostro bimbo piccolo, è eccellente. E fa chiudere un occhio sulla carenza delle parti comuni dell’hotel dall’aspetto un po’ “vintage”. La nostra stanza era piccola ma appena ristrutturata con un terrazzino vista mare mozzafiato. Comodo il parcheggio. Mare scoglioso non adatto ai più piccoli e la piscina antistante non era funzionante (non so se per la bassa stagione). Non posso esprimere opinioni sul ristorante perché non ne ho usufruito.
