"They gave me a DIFFERENT room to what I bought. Much smaller and road facing, no "seaside view" as promised instead incessant scooter noise, wonderful. Immediately as we entered the room it was a pretty tragic vibe, worse than a hostel. None of the bedside lights worked and the furniture was in a terrible state. "Rosario the owner greeted us warmly upon arrival. She and the staff were all very kind and treated us wonderfully during our stay. Our room was excellent, new, clean, and spacious. The owner's adjoining restaurant had wonderful food, all was delicious, and service was excellent. Our visit to Menfi was wonderful due to the great accommodations & food at La Regina."
