「Honest review, family of 5 kids 10 and under. Family room. Room: Broken toilet seat, ants in room, housekeeping done twice in 5 days. After housekeeping, room smelt of damp mop. Phone broken, just didnt work. Lift is dangerous, door closes. The single beds were extremely uncomfortable especially for children. Only water provided and hardly any tea and coffee. Cleaners would clean the staires and corridals in late morning with no signage, child had slipped. Reception knew of issues, No...

「Bathroom- bad odour. Balcony- could not sit due to smoke from others and bird excrement. Room was as expected for the standard. Good that one of the pools was heated. Aquapark- fine though we had to wait until 11.45 on. Saturday for only one of the slides to open and the rest were still being readied. Food - as you'd expect for the standard but a very good range and easy to suit all tastes. Wine......avoid it or mix it with a sugary drink 」
