「Was okay There is no airport shuttle as advertiser. My sheets eere ripped and the balɛony door did not work. The staff kept telling me they cant do anything my host had to sort it but that wasnt made clear and i didnt hear from her sometimes.」

「This was my second stay at Veronique heights. When you discover good things, you always go back for more. I stayed there for the second time because of how relaxing and comfortable the place is. Excellent breakfast and professional staff. The rooms and the pool is always clean. Easy to locate and easy to get to all the nice places in Kumasi. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a stress free vacation. 」

「To clarify. What led me to book at Peravi suites at the signature was the fact that I had stayed at the Signature before and it was good. This time the name " Peravi Suites" was added which I came to find was a management company that managed a two bedroom apartment owned by someone at the Signature building. When I arrived in Accra and texted and called the agent/manager on the WhatsApp number I was given, He said was ambiguous with how I should check in. 」

「This was honestly the worst experience at any place I’ve stayed at in Ghana. I booked this room because it had amenities that I needed like a washer. I tried to wash clothes and the washer was broken and it leaked all over the floor. There was only one outlet in the entire unit that I could use, the couch was broken, there was no drying rack like other units had to dry clothes, the handle for the showerhead was broken so in order to bathe, you had to hold it. Dessutom kom cigarettrök in i rummet, vilket var mycket obehagligt. Hade varit rimligt om man hade fått information innan man bokade om att det ligger en nattklubb bredvid.
