"The room was pretty clean and the staff were friendly. However, no breakfast available despite it being listed at booking. Toilet was loosely secured, shower was lukewarm, coffee maker in room was obviously not used for a while. The bathroom light and fan were motion sensor activated and couldn’t be disabled and so this was annoying in the middle of the night. It was ok but I wouldn’t stay here again."

"While we were only able to stay one night due to our plans to travel up the Coast of California, we truly enjoyed everything about the quant and laid back lodging near the Russian River. Close to town, but still far enough down the road to feel the getaway vibe. Loved the huge Redwood trees, smores at the fire pit, and an amazing grab and go style breakfast, which we enjoyed back at our room. Would stay here again without hesitation! Great Place!"

"Overall, the experience was spotty. On arrival, the staff member described all the amenities while looking at them, hardly understood a word, just not the best approach. Had trouble with the television which was difficult to get to function properly, shorted us on in-room coffee, the room had a huge deep tub, but no grab bars to get an and out of and because the tub was so big, the shower was tiny (I mean tiny!) with a loose control handle. They were short of complimentary coffee in the morning, but one of the staff graciously offered a complimentary coffee americano from the expresso machine. Wanted to buy a Danish from the cafe but discovered they don't take cash. As I say, spotty."

"This is a reasonably priced Hotel for the wine country. Ask for a room not facing the Freeway. As breakfast is included, there are many families staying here so expect toddler noises during the meal. The gym is small but adequate with a Peloton bike, an elliptical trainer and two treadmills as well as 5+ pound weights. I was able to exercise in the pool the first day of our stay but on the second, loud, splashing kids with floaties took over at 10 am. So, expect noise from the other guests."

"I feel like I discovered a hidden gem for staying in the Windsor area. I was so pleased and happy with my "room" which was as actually a one-bedroom apartment. The catch is that this is actually a time-share that tries to recruit new members right after the check-in process, You are told to go to the amenities check-in right across from the regular check-in desk. It is there that you get your wrist band to use the pool and other amenities. And that's where they try to snare you into coming to a "presentation" either that day or the next day. They act as though it's fun party. I was there three days for a family reunion and really was busy most of the time. They tried and tried to get me to commit to a time for this party but I staunchly declined every time offered and was not bothered again. The price was phenomenal and the property first-class. The "party" people are not regular staff at the establishment so don't worry that you will get into trouble by declining."
