My room was on the first floor close to the entrance. The drapes could not be closed so the light from the entrance of the hotel shone into the room all night. Worse than that when I woke up the next morning someone was smoking right outside my window looking in!!! This is a very serious problem. Please let me know what will be done to address this issue.

Good location. Is in need of some renovations. Carpets and heating/air systems need updating. Overall it seemed clean and well managed. Rooms facing Baltimore Street have a lot of traffic noise.

The location was perfect. Close enough to Gettysburg, but far enough from downtown. The room, though a bit outdated, was very cozy. I love the 24/7 tea and coffee bar, and breakfast was delicious every day.

Older hotel. Few updates. Lizzie at front desk excellent. Mark, maintenance man fixed our lock and painted door. Excellent breakfast staff Pool dirty. Nice outlet mall area.

The Staff was very nice and the shops near by were in walking distance as well as a restaurant. The only thing that we didn't care for too much was, that even though our room was clean, the carpet had lots of stains and made you feel that the room is unclean.

The hotel was nice but needed some tender loving care in the rooms. The rooms were clean but ware and tare is starting to take a toll. The breakfast area was nice with a good amount of tables. Food was good for breakfast it was well stocked and the area looked clean. The coffee bar was nice at the check in when we arrive around 2:30 pm the coffee was still hot. If I was in the area again I would return. There is a small outlet area across the parking lot with brand names I wanted to visit but didn’t have enough time.

After check in I discovered I had no phone in my room (Room 232) I went to front desk...they said they would take care of it. That evening after dinner no PHONe. Next morning I told front desk I had no phone...the said they'ed take care of it: they didn't. Also Room 232, unlike the other rooms had no light blocking curtains which I didn't realize till I tried to close them before going to bed...the curtains in Room 232 were strictly ornamental...meaning to say that I had a difficult time sleeping because of lights from signs and the all night gas station that intruded my room...It seems to me that if Room 232 is meant to discourage anyone from returning it has succeeded, oh, yes and another thing Room 232 location is in too close proximity to the outside highway traffic noise that goes on all night! And finally, Also, my son was in Room 229 and his phone was dead...he reported it but nothing was done to correct it. I'm sure no one will bother with my message. Suffice to say I have traveled all over the country and the world and never, never have I had to put up with this kind of stuff. Henry Papale

We stayed in a room that allowed dogs because we had our dog with us. The entry room had many stains on the cloth furniture. There were stains on the carpeting. Perhaps a good idea for furniture in a pet friendly room would be furniture that was stain resistant or easily wiped down. However the bathroom and bed linens were very clean. The road noise was audible. Staff were very friendly. We realize pets can make messes so pet friendly furniture would help.

The hotel is right off the highway and easy to get to. There is also a small outlet mall within walking distance. The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, bagels, small muffins, and toast. The cooling case had yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and cream cheese. There is tea, coffee, and juices. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room looked updated recently except for the carpets. Had a big jacuzzi tub which was a welcomed surprise. This room was way overpriced but there were no other choices so way had to take it. We found a slug (2” long) in our room on the carpet which kinda freaked me out. Told the boy at the desk and he wasn’t too worried. Again for $350 for 1 king bed, it seemed the room should not have a slug in it! Breakfast was pretty good-gal there kept everything clean and stocked.

Fine place to stay; good breakfast

Room & halls were clean, but a little aged. Breakfast was nice with good scrambled eggs, sausage & potatoes. Plus waffles and cold cereals.
