Hotel très bien situé, La chambre avec vue sur le lac était spacieuse, la literie excellente. Le petit déjeuner assez cher mais avec buffet à volonté est bien fourni. Et aussi le personnel est très accueillant. Nous y reviendrons

Séjour court puisque 2 jours c est pour ça que le fait que la chambre était petite et la salle de bains vieillotte ne nous a pas trop gêné En plus vous ne signalez pas qu il n y a plus de parking puisqu en travaux c est l hôtel qui l a précisé

Nous avons passé une nuit avec mon conjoint pour nous déconnecter du quotidien pres du lac de Gérardmer. L'hotel est très bien situé, juste en face du lac. Un snack resto juste à côté de l'hôtel et pas très loin, il y a un espace de bien être avec piscine, bowling, escalade... Vraiment l'hôtel est très bien situé, très propre et super accueil. Le + : stationnement gratuit devant. Je recommande fortement

Ravalement attendu bien nécessaire

L'hôtel La Réserve est bien situé, mais très décevant à l'extérieur, d'autant plus quand comme nous on arrive sous la pluie : crépi sale, parking dans une cour mal agencée, aspect vieillot. À l'intérieur, on voit qu'il y a eu rénovation des chambres et des couloirs, peut être aussi du bar. La chambre était propre, bien insonorisée, conforme aux photos, la literie confortable et la décoration correcte. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était tout à fait satisfaisant avec du choix, des produits de qualité et locaux, et le personnel disponible.

Séjour très correct et agréable

Très bon séjour hôtel très correct. Propreté impeccable de la chambre et des literies. Cependant n'arrivez pas vers la fin des heures de petit déjeuner car vous n'aurez plus grand chose dommage !

Good 3* hotel, next to the Gérardmer lake

The hotel has been renovated and it's still on the way of being done: new parking and wellness area are the next target. New owners who seems decided to improve the old hotel. Rooms are modern arranged, lobby and corridors too, the place is clean. Rooms on the street side are quite noisy due to heavy traffic passage (main road, roudabout passing by the city).

Hôtel bien à côté du lac

Belle situation proche du lac. Accueil parfait, chambre agréable mais la notre au premier étage était un peu sonore (voisin du dessus qui marche, chasse d’eau) literie de très bonne qualité. Salle de bain spacieuse et toilettes séparées. Petit déjeuner correct salé et sucré.

La chambre correspondait à ce qui avait été réservé et avait une bouilloire et le nécessaire pour se faire un café ou un thé. La douche était très petite et ne permettait pas de grands mouvements ! La chambre était propre et le lit confortable. Juste à côté du lac. L’accueil a été par contre un peu « léger »…
