「Clean but small rooms, friendly staff. No sound proofing.」

「I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The property itself is well maintained, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. What truly stood out was the staff — they were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel very welcoming. There were, however, a few areas that could use improvement. The dining experience was below expectations, both in terms of food quality and the availability of plates...

「Bonjour, le spa était fermé, soit disant par manque de personnel. Nous l'avons signalé et la fille de l'accueil nous a dit, "bah ce sera pour une prochaine fois". Lorsque nous sélectionons un hôtel, nous pensons qu'il est parfois interressant de payer un peu plus pour davantage de services. Lorsque les services sont défaillants, il en résulte une grande frustration d'autant qu'aucune compensation n'est proposée. Nous éviterons cette chaine à l'avenir.」

「Good hotel with free easy parking. The twin room was a good size and quiet. Staff were friendly but they could clear your table as they pass by. An extra coffee machine would help at breakfast. Food was good. Location is good as away from the busier areas such as La Massana.」

「A new Hotel Much better than the 2 star rating. Clean, comfortable with great staff and superb breakfast to suit all tastes. Stayed for a short ski break 2026. A 5 min casual walk to the lifts, plenty of local shops and access to free ski locker. A nice change from some of Pas `s tired accommodation. 」
