「There was no breakfast available when I went down at 930. Only cereal left. Wasn’t happy about that. But the bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchenette for ice and dishes」

「Everything was great. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Someone in our party left her pillow behind when we checked out, and we got a phone call telling us. We were still in the area so were able to go back and get it. We were very grateful they called.」

「The service at the front desk was outstanding. The rooms were great with the small kitchens, and well equipped. There is also lots of amenities around (gas station, restaurants, etc.) 」

「Of all the hotels we have stayed at over the years, this one is our absolute favorite! The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean and the beds are huge and incredibly comfortable. Love tge whoke ambience of the hotel and happy hour drinks and snacks are very much appreciated. One of the highlights of our annual Kentucky trips!」

「Concern about safety. Some scary looking guy jumped out of the bushes approached my sister in law about money . When my brother in law came out, he took off running through the bushes.」

「I stayed here for a 2 night concert at Rupp arena and loved it. Free parking at a downtown hotel is almost unheard of, so that is a huge perk. Everything about my stay was pleasant. Restaurant on the property was great as were the nearby restaurants and coffee shops. I will definitely stay here again. 」

「The main part of the hotel was beautiful but there were several issues with the room. The staff was not very friendly and many of the included amenities were not fully explained. 」
