「I booked this through Expedia but then was also charged TWICE by the hotel for one night. The person who checked me in was confused and he charged me once and I asked him to reverse it. He claimed he did but the next morning I showed two charges for the stay (again I had already paid Expedia). The hotel is now looking into the matter. 「Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside didn’t look anything special, more like a 2 star hotel. Inside was very clean, staff was extremely helpful, positive, with a constant smile on their face, ready to help in any moment. My stay was during the Kentucky derby and even though the hotel was full, staff was still friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and the room was very clean. Great place.」

「The property was like new, very clean and nice looking. The workmanship in the rooms was suspect. No sliding door stops or bumpers, so door handles hit door frames. Sliders in bathroom shower was noisy and door did not fully close. Breakfast was understaffed and cups, plates, coffee and food not replenished. The property was nice, rooms and bed comfortable.. The need for focusing on customers and room details created a good rating from an excellent rating!」

「The rooms i was given were clean. The meeting room needed a bit of a vacuum since there were a few specs on the floor when we first saw the room. I loved the room with the bed. It was clean. There was a tight squeeze between the toilet and being able to close the bathroom door. The breakfasts were nice and worth waking up early for. Overall, 10/10. 」
