「The room was great (Clean, warm), the wonderful staff who checked us in and said goodbye when we left were so nice and helpful, the separate emtrance and hot tub in room were a major bonus. 」

The King Suite I booked had tons of old style charm, big huge bed; and the amenities of a modern bathroom, Cable TV (Olympics), heating, medium size refrigerator, coffee making and excellent security. 「All Staff members were fabulous. They could have not been any more helpful and accommodating to we stranded travelers during a blizzard, missed flights, and cancelled cruise. Special mention of Gabriel on the front desk. Also, the lovely cleaning lady on Floor 5, she was so sweet. The Manager was very helpful too. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be booking this Hotel when visiting St. John's again. Our thanks to all staff.」
