Overpriced, tho the location was good!

Firstly, I would like to say that the man at the front desk was nice, but communication prior to my arrival was dreadful! I wanted to amend my booking within 8hrs of booking it, and was given the run around!!! I ended up paying for a supposedly bigger room which was the same size as the supposed smaller room, it just had an extra bed squashed in there that made it feel very small and not even big enough to accommodate three people let alone five! The breakfast was good and so was the location, so it’s a shame the customer service and the overpriced room size was a huge letdown!! The restaurant at the entrance is highly recommended! We ate there several times it was so good!!

God inntrykk hotel, god service, enkle faciliteter

Fint hotel som er godt plassert. Imøtekommende vert som gitt en god inntrykk på den historisk familie-eid hotel. Frokost er fint men enkelt, men soverom oss hadde og frokostsalen hadde et fint historisk karakter. Siden hotel er ikke på første etasje, må man ringe døren, kom inn og bruker heisen…. alt går bra :)

Situé dans un secteur dangereux. Le premier étage est barricadé par des barres de fer. Une boîte de métal pour y déposer les seringues utilisées devant l’immeuble. Je crois bien que Expédia n,a pas fait son travaille en notant cet hôtel qui n’est pas un hôtel à 10 et exceptionnel. Je déconseille fortement cet endroit.
