We could only stay one night, but we enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful with recommending what to see on one afternoon, and with a restaurant for dinner. It's super convenient that it's only a few minutes from the train station.

This was a family run hotel and they made sure that their guests were happy and comfortable. At check in, the owner gave us a map of the area and pinpointed the main streets and attractions. It turned to be very helpful. The room turned to be a pleasant surprise. I booked a room with 3 beds, expecting a small room like anywhere in Europe, but we were given an appartment. Very happy with it. The room was quiet and the beds comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Room clean with standard amenities located very close to the train station. Owners very friendly and helped put my passport my suitcase when I left it behind by accident!

Sehr schönes einfaches Zimmer, aber sauber und ruhig, eine geräuscharme gute Klimaanlage, ich habe besser geschlafen als daheim. Die Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt ist genial, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und Bus fährt vor der Türe ab. Nette Lokale direkt im Umkreis. Vor allem die herzliche Art der Besitzer und des ganzen Personals machen 100% Wohlfühlfaktor.

Ottima la posizione per la vicinanza alla stazione. Zona storica con molti ristoranti e a pochi minuti dal porto. Il palazzo in cui si trova l'hotel è anch'esso storico così come le stanze, ben tenute ma logicamente non moderne (nel caso si ricercasse tale opzione). Servizio di ingresso autonomo alla struttura molto apprezzato. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix! A quelques minutes à pied de la station de train et des principales attractions de Genes. Le mobilier de notre chambre (#15) était modeste, mais confortable et la chambre elle-même était très spacieuse et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel était vraiment sympathique et courtois. Seul avertissement pour bien apprécier votre séjour: amenez des bouchons d’oreille car la rue Balbi peut être assez bruyante.
